Golang Job: Business Developer

VentraGate is seeking an Ethereum Smart Contract Solidity Developer to help our team with Ethereum smart contract and protocol development. Your duties will include programming Ethereum smart contracts, tokens, protocols, cryptocurrency techniques that will lead to industry standards and more.

To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate passion for blockchain, open-source, and decentralized finance, have strong programming and development skills and the ability to communicate well.

Responsibilities
Designing and implementing new features within the product such as cryptocurrency staking, the aggregation of external data in various blockchain environments, and many more problems.
Thinking creatively about attack vectors, possible failures and disaster scenarios, modeling them in reproducible test environments, and developing fixes.
Modeling and developing user behaviors.
Managing the architectural vision for a decentralized investment platform.
Implementing resilient distributed systems to achieve extremely high reliability in a variety of blockchain environments.

Requirements
5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer
2y+ years of Solidity smart contract development experience
3+ years of as full stack developer (Javascript, ideally with experience in React, Node.js)
Experience developing, deploying and running dapps/smart contracts in production on Ethereum mainnet or L2/sidechain (ideally DeFi Dapps/protocols and/or token-based use cases)
Concrete experience interacting with Ethereum and also other blockchains.
Professional experience with Golang, TypeScript, Solidity, Rust, Docker, Postgress.
Experience in systems design concepts and experience developing complex web applications/services and back-end APIs.
Major in computer science, software engineering or related engineering or technical fields.
Strong communication skills, specifically giving/receiving constructive feedback in a collaborative setting.
Experience with test driven development and the use of testing frameworks.
Experience with distributed systems and/or container orchestration, highly-concurrent systems, particularly those employing the “communicating sequential processes” (CSP) model.
Experience defining security strategies and securing high-value systems.
Comfort with pair programming.
Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery.
